From San Pedro de Atacama to the Catarpe area, to the San Isidro Chapel, and then clockwise through the Quebrada del Diablo. I recommend this way, so you can enjoy more of the downhill through the ravine.
There is some great single-track through the ravine and its a rush.
After completing the loop, I returned back up the Quebrada to the base of the Mirador/viewpoint. I left my bike at the base and set off on the steep but short climb. There are amazing views.
Bonus, another downhill ride through the Quebrada.
