SPANISH:
recorrido del "alta via delle 5 terre"
Se trata de una ruta que crestea en las montañas proximas a la 5 terre. originalmente es un sendero de trekking, pero esta perfecto para btt.
Se sale de levanto, pueblo costero y se sube por carretera unos 10km. subida constante y no muy dura ( aunque al sol todo el rato). llegado a "termine" se empieza el sendero: unos 50m impracticable en bicis y luego empieza lo bueno: un sendero bonito por dentro de bosque (sombra) interminable. no para el sendero hasta llegar a campiglia practicamente. no espereis vistas espectaculares en todo el recorrido. el bosque hace que solo se vea la costa en algunos puntos.
el sendero es technicamente facil, aunque tiene bastantes zonas un poco expuestas ( entendiendo por expuestas que a vuestra derecha hay una pendiente fuerte en la que mejor no caerse)
algunos tramos cortos no son ciclables.
el único punto débil de esta ruta es la parte de campiglia a la spezia, que se hace por carretera mayormente ( aunque poco transitada). Habiéndolo hecho, os aconsejo buscar un sendero de bajada ( existe opción de ir hasta portovenere, y de allí a la spezia por carretera (llano)
desde la spezia, se puede volver en tren hasta levanto. tener cuidado, solo algunos trenes cogen las bicis ( símbolo de bici en la tabla de horarios que podéis encontrar en internet - en los que no lleven símbolo, tendréis que negociar con el revisor a ver si os deja subir con las bicis, a nstrs nos dejo). la mayor parte de los trenes pasan por los 5 pueblos bonitos de 5 terre donde os podéis bajar para visitar ( por 16€ podéis comprar la 5 terre card que os permite bajar y subir al tren todo el día. las bicis son gratis. sino pagáis la tarjeta, cada trayecto os costara 4€)
nota. os aconsejo hacer el tramo en tren antes de la ruta, para una vez terminado la ruta no andar con el rollo del tren y de los horarios.

track made for trekking, on the 5 terre hills. perfect for MTB.
Starting from levanto, it beggins with 10km of continuous climbing on a road, with a slow slop (depending of the season i imagine that many cars can take this road, as it is the road that connect the different villages). Take care during summer or hot days as they is no shade..Once in "TERMINE", singletrack begins. except the first 50m, the whole singletrack is perfectly doable, very nice and smouth, very clean floor and long long trail. 100% singletrack up to campiglia!! Thecnically, there no major issue in it and everyone use to mtb will be able to do it. So the track is going mainly in wood, which is good for summer.
Nevertheless, don t expect to see the 5 terre village from up there..as you are in the woods, viewpoints are few. but the singletrack itself will make you forget that, offering you other landscape to see, from both side of the crest.
Finally, the only weak point in this track is the downhill from campiglia to la spezia, which is made by road...i would advise you to follow the trail up to portovenere, and from there, join la spezia train station.
Some advice to take the train back to levanto: not all the trains accepts bikes inside. check the timetable before (bike sketch in the trains that may carry bikes). most of these trains are at the morning. i advise you to start your day in la spezia, take the train and then do the track. so you have plainty of time to finish the route without thinking in timetables, crowded trains...prices are 4€ for a single trip, or 16€ for a full day trip allowing you to visit all 5 terres villages after the track.

Domani lo vorrei fare. Però da campiglia a levanto. Cioè al contrario, mi sembra pulito .. è fattibile ?

i imagine you already know the answer: yes, e fattibile. but maybe a little less fun, due to the fact that you will take the singletrack almost always going uphill and make the downhill on the road..

Montée initiale et descente finale sur route. Mais tout le reste c'est du monotrace. Un régal. C'est beau c'est beau et c'est beau.
Les montées et les descentes sont raides et techniques. Le reste c'est du sous bois sympa. Le plus technique c'est au niveau du carrefour qui permet de descendre par la route à monterosso. Si vous regardez sur le plan, vous pouvez l'éviter par un contournement Est de 1000m.
En électrique loué à la spezia c'est une bonne expérience de 4h sans trop de fatigue.
Ciao. E’ tutto pedalabile considerando che lo farò con delle emtb? Ci sono tratti esposti e molto impegnativi. Siamo allenati e con esperienza in trail non troppo difficile quindi utenti medio avanzati. Nel caso non volessimo arrivare fino a spezia ed accorciarlo si può prendere il treno prima in una delle 5 terre per tornare? Grazie!!

No, non è molto difficile o esposto. Lo abbiamo fatto parecchi anni fa, ma penso che non avrai problemi con l'ebike. Il sentiero attraversa strade che scendono verso i paesi dove transita il treno (Monterosso...). studia bene la mappa per accorciarla se ti serve
